Property Description
The property is located beside the railway bridge and the railway museum. The building is a town-house style structure, with the six units situated one beside the other. Each unit has a front entrance which faces William Street, and a back entrance which faces the parking lot for the building. Each unit has two levels. The top level contains the kitchen, dining area and living room. The top level also includes a utility room off the kitchen, which has space for a full size washer and dryer. The lower level contains the two bedrooms and the bathroom.
The building was built in the mid 1970s. The original wood windows were replaced with vinyl windows in the late 1990s, and are still in very good condition.
